1 .How does the free artwork support work?

You can send us any files if you choose to use our free artwork support. We'll make your file press-ready, by making any necessary changes like adding bleed, change colour mode and ... anything necessary to make your design a professional press-ready design. We can also help you edit plain texts on AI, EPS, CDR and other files generated by professional design software at no additional cost.

2 .How can I send you my files?

You can simply click on the "UPLOAD FILES" link on the top of this webpage and upload any file from there. There is no limit to the size of file. If you have any trouble doing this, you can email it as an attachment to Artwork@AlmostFree.com.au . You can also put the files on a CD and mail it to us.

3 .When will I receive my product after Placing an order?

After you place the order, we will send you a free digital proof for confirmation. Once you have confirmed the artwork, we will start production right away. All business cards take 3-5 working days before dispatch. All PVC cards take 7-10 working days before dispatch. Digital Flyers take 3-5 working days and offset flyers take 5-7 working days. These turnarounds are guidelines only. Almost Free Printing does not guarantee the delivery time of any products due to the involvment of third-party courier.

4 .Why is the colour of the product I received looks slightly different from the email proof?

The colour mode on a computer is RGB( Red, Green, Blue), and is quite different from the colour mode in printing CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black). The colour variation is very common. You may prefer to print the artwork and check the real colour before confirming your order. You may specify your colour by using Pantone colour system and then we can make sure the colour is 100% accurate.
