.How do I place an order?
You can either get instant quotes of our products online and add them to shopping cart and checkout, or email us your special requirements for a quote. Quotes will be emailed to you and you can confirm the order simply by email.

.How do I send you files?
You can either email us your artwork or upload it from our website FTP by clicking on the “upload files” button under the product navigation.

.When will I receive my products?
The standard turnarounds for business cards are 7-10 working days and for plastic cards are 10-14 working days. The turnaround counted is from the start of production to dispatching via Express Post or courier.

.What kind of payment do you take?
We take Visa, MasterCard, EFT Payment, Cheque and Money Order Payments.

.Can I pay after I receive my order?
In the effort to reduce admin and bad debt cost, we don’t provide credit accounts at the moment. However the payment terms can be negotiated for large orders.

.How do you guarantee the quality of my products?
We have a written quality guarantee for all products we print and distribute. If there is any quality problem with your product, we will do a free reprint or full refund depends on the circumstance. While we have this policy, they are rarely quoted in practice because all products are printed at the highest possible quality and checked again and again before they leave our factory.

.Can I have some product samples before ordering?
Yes we provide free product sample pack to all customers. Please click on the “Free Sample” link on our website or simply email us your postal address and we will send you the free samples though Australia post.
