Free File Support / General File Charges
1. Free File Support
Almost Free Printing provides Free File Support to customers who provide files in
any
readable file format and all elements (logo, text & pictures) in position;
The Free File Support includes:
(1) Convert any file to press-ready format;
(2) Convert all colours to CMYK;
(3) Convert all texts to curves or outlined;
(4) Set bleed & trimming marks;
(5) Creating die cut / spot UV / numbering / magnetic strip / barcode / foiling
templates;
(6) Advise on graphic quality;
(7) Change any text once & once only.
The Free File Support does NOT include:
(1) Change of picture, logo, font, colour or position of any elements;
(2) Create any new element on the design;
(3) Image quality enhancing;
(4) Change the same file in anyway twice or more.
The Free File Support is available to every customer, once per order. Any
further changes to the digital proof are subject to artwork charges listed below..

General Artwork Charges are accumulated everytime a change is requested and
billed when the artwork is completed. Please consider your changes carefully
before requesting. These prices are only available with printing orders. Not sold
separately.
