Transfer of Title of Goods and Services

The customer agrees that the shipping terms for all printed Products are FOB shipping point and ownership transfers to the customer upon shipment. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. For any product that is to be provided to the customer in an electronic format, the customer agrees that delivery of such Product shall be deemed to have occurred either (a) at the time we transmit the Product via email or other electronic communication addressed to the customer or (b) at the time we transmit a notification to the customer that the Product is available for downloading from the Site.

Cancellation of order

Cancellation of an order before the printing process start will incur a 30% administration fee plus any cost of design/plates/proofs and GST if applicable. When placing an order online, it is final and in most cases cannot be deleted once the order has been received, without a cancellation fee and associated costs. When and after the printing process start, Print Ahead Pty Ltd. will not accept any cancellation and will retain the full payment from customer and no refund will be issued unless otherwise specified by the law of Australia, or decided under the management discretion under special circumstances.

Exchange and Refund Policies

Print Ahead Pty Ltd will accept refund request for goods and services purchased through www.AlmostFree.com.au only when the product is faulty due to Print Ahead Pty Ltd negligence. Print Ahead Pty Ltd will not issue refund for goods damaged during transportation but will assist the customer seeking compensation from the delivery agent wherever possible. All refunds are subject to management's approval and will be issued within 20 working days from the date of approval unless otherwise noticed. Design services are not refundable once the customer has approved the design concepts. Print Ahead Pty Ltd will not be responsible for the delivery cost of returned products. In most circumstances, Print Ahead Pty Ltd can not issue a refund simply based on the customer's opinion and photo evidences. All products are of good quality when dispatched, and it is the customer's obligation to provide evidence of faulty goods. Due to the nature of the products and services provided by Print Ahead Pty Ltd through www.AlmostFree.com.au or phone or email order, no exchange is possible for any goods or services. Print Ahead Pty Ltd (www.AlmostFree.com.au) is operating under Australian and NSW laws and regulations and will accept any decision made by the court and consumer protection bodies regarding exchange and refund of specific goods or services.

Limitation of Free Artwork Support

Free artwork support provides by Print Ahead Pty Ltd through Almost Free Printing website is limited to press-ready modification of customer designs unless otherwise explained with specific products. Print Ahead Pty Ltd reserves the rights to refuse providing free artwork if it is believed that the customer has no intention of purchase from Print Ahead Pty Ltd. Print Ahead Pty Ltd under on circumstance guarantees the commercial value of the design, and will not be liable for any loss, damage, negative image of the customer directly or indirectly related to the free artwork provided by Print Ahead Pty Ltd.

Limitation of Free Delivery

Under no circumstance, unless otherwise specified by Australian law, shall Print Ahead Pty Ltd be liable for any damage or losses, or delay incurred during free delivery of products. It is the customer responsibility to purchase insurance for the goods delivered. Print Ahead Pty Ltd may assist customer in tracking deliveries and organizing evidence against the negligence of the delivery company, but will not be responsible for any expenses associated with such assistance.

Limitation of Price Guarantee

The product offered by competitor must be identical to what is provided by Print Ahead Pty Ltd and written evidence must be provided for the quote. This guarantee does not include any product not supplied by Print Ahead Pty Ltd. This policy only covers the quality and price of the product, not delivery time under any circumstances. This Price Guarantee is only applicable to business cards and PVC cards products.

Feedback Information

Product Turnaround

Under no circumstances will Print Ahead Pty Ltd or its representative, suppliers, or vendors, their officers, directors, employees, or agents guarantee the delivery time of any product and under no circumstances will Print Ahead Pty Ltd or its representative, suppliers, or vendors, their officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any loss caused by delay in production.

Payment Terms

Each and every order should be paid in full, prior to production, after the digital proof is confirmed, by either credit card or EFT or cheque. For EFT payment and cheque payment, production should not start before funds are cleared in our bank account. It is the customer's responsibility to make timely payment or make payment with instant clearance.When design is required, the customer should pay 50% of the total design charge as bond. The bond is non-refundable and the full amount should be paid before final printable artwork is delivered.A credit account application form is required to complete if a customer is asking for a credit. Only 7 day credit account is provided at the moment due to economic reason. Credits offered at a limit of $300 for individuals and $1,000 for business customer. Invoices should be paid within 7 days from when product received.An administration charge of $50 is applicable to all business customers and $20 applicable to personal customers. On top of the administration charge, a 15% compound interest charge is applicable to all delayed payments. Interests are calculated daily and compounded monthly.With returning customers, potential large customer and new customer with large order, special trading terms can be negotiated in special circumstances.
